The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Build on a solid base of established client relationships across Suffolk & Norfolk

• Proactively grow your desk through networking, sales activity, and relationship building

• Support and advise candidates, interviewing, registering, and placing them in roles that fit

• Get out on-site with clients, supporting them directly when needed

• Work closely with operations and leadership, contributing to the wider success of the branch

About You

We’re looking for someone who’s confident, commercial, and people-first. You’ll love sales, but you’ll also be the type to roll up your sleeves when clients need extra support.

You’ll bring:

• Proven recruitment experience (Senior Consultant level preferred) — industrial sector knowledge is a bonus

• Strong sales ability and a genuine love for growing client relationships

• Local knowledge of Suffolk/Norfolk

• Resilience, drive, and the confidence to lead conversations and make an impact

• A full UK driving licence and your own transport (this is a client-facing role on the road too!)
