We’re currently recruiting a Part-Time Account Coordinator to support our onsite team based in Sittingbourne, Kent. This role is ideal for someone with experience in administration, coordination, or customer service who enjoys working in a busy environment.
Working Hours
- Part-time (pro rata salary)
- Flexible working days and hours available
- Must be able to work Mondays and Fridays
- Be able to work upto 32 hours per week (there is flexibility with this)
- Other days and hours can be agreed based on availability
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating and managing temporary workers to meet client demand
- Building and maintaining a strong pool of available candidates
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes
- Providing excellent communication and support to candidates
- Managing admin tasks such as absences, holidays, and payroll data
- Taking part in a fair, shared on-call rota
- Working closely with managers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Supporting the Operations Manager when required

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Confident communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
