You will be part of a centre of excellence known for:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution (diploma not accepted)
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or Neonatal Nursing
• Minimum of 8 years of total nursing experience, including at least 3 years in leadership/managerial role within NICU
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and support staff development & competency frameworks
• Current and valid nursing registration from home country
• Valid certifications (BLS, NRP and PALS)
