Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Operator to work within a National Border Targeting Centre based in Wythenshawe, Manchester.
The successful candidate will:
-Assist police forces and other agencies in providing accurate and timely e-Borders information in order to support areas of crime, counter terror and national security.
-Exploit information held and processed in the e-Borders system.
-On a case-by-case basis, liaise with police forces and other agencies to identify appropriate courses of action.
-Provide advice and guidance to police and other users of e-Borders data.
Essential Criteria:
-The successful candidate must have substantial experience of working in an intelligence/investigative environment
-IT Skills - including Internet, Email and Microsoft applications
-Prioritising workloads and working to deadlines
-Operating in a high profile changing environment
As a result of the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be subject to vetting, therefore must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
University qualifications will not be taken into consideration for this role.
