ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a Global Leading Company operating in Credit and Loan Management Services, is looking for a driven Data Analyst to join their high-caliber Portfolio Strategy and Performance Monitoring team.
Data Analyst (Ref: 5608/DA/ESS/GR)
Acting as a Portfolio Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to analyze data for non-performing loans and submit proposals for new actions according to business needs. You will identify trends and patterns of information to drive the business and cooperate with high professional teams across the company.
Main Tasks:
- Perform data analysis on Portfolio Segmentation and Operational model implementation
- Setting and monitoring the appropriate targets and KPIs to assist strategy execution and goal achievement
- Participate in the design of securitization business plans and portfolio recovery models ensuring structure and assumptions reflect portfolio characteristics and historical data
- Produce ad hoc analysis for further comprehension of the portfolio and recoveries optimization
- University Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related discipline
- Master's Degree will be considered as an asset
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields of analytics and/ or reporting in financial services firms
- Experience in data science technologies such as SAS, SQL
- Advanced MS Office knowledge with emphasis on Excel and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English
- Analytical mind and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and ability to cope with new initiatives
