Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? We are looking for Multi Skilled Agents at our Oxford location.
You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service. You will also have sales targets to offer customers additional products to make their journey easier. As a Multi Skilled Agent you will Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment and is flexible to fit in with the needs of the business. Co-operates and supports other team members and the Manager to achieve common goals. Demonstrates the ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing. Displays confidence when dealing with people and someone who takes pride in their appearance.
What we are looking for:
- Car rental/sales experience desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
- A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell the Company’s services and products to make our customers’ journeys easier – working to specific targets
- Handle all telephone enquires in a polite and helpful manner, adhering to the Company’s telephone technique
- Provide a high level of Customer Service in all customer contact, recognising our Company’s Customer Service standards and using your best ability to deliver total customer satisfaction.
- Organise the delivery and collection of vehicles to maximise service standards and minimise costs
- Source vehicles to meet customer bookings, working with the central fleet team and local branches
- Ensure the accurate completion of all vehicle documentation on the in house rental system
- Organise repairs and warranty work to vehicles where necessary
- Accurately complete all fuel documentation daily and ensure competent members of staff receive fuel deliveries in accordance with relevant legislation
- Identify and report new business opportunities
