Engineering Team Leader

Mon – Fri (Days) 

West London

£60,000 + bonus

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide Engineering support to the Production Teams
• Carry out preventative maintenance and improvement activities
• Work with Operations Shift Managers and other senior Managers
• Maintain a safe working environment, collaborating with the health and safety team as required
• Support the NFD team with equipment solutions where neccessary

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in an FMCG environment, or similar industry
• Proven maintenance experience
• Leadership experience
• Good communicator, decision maker and logical thinker
