Accounts Admin 


Monday - Friday hours (Early finish on a Friday)

Up to £30,000

I am currently working with a precision engineering client in Aylesbury who are looking for an Accounts Admin to join the accounts team. 


Main responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls 
  • Processing staff expenses and credit cards 
  • Processing daily/ monthly reporting 
  • Liaising with customers, production team and suppliers 
  • Purchasing ledger including matching, coding, posting purchase invoices, credits and reconciling statements 
  • Resolving any internal and external queries 
  • Producing invoices, credits and allocating payments

To be considered for this position you will have an an Accounts/ Admins position previously and handled some kind of purchasing.
