Within the Compliance team of this large organization, you will have an interest in further developing your compliance experience. You will work on ad hoc global Indirect Tax compliance projects, overseas registrations, e-filing and other interesting and challenging areas of work
Birmingham / Remote working
The role
- Run and review reports produced by the technology within the organisation
- Review draft VAT returns before final review
- Coordinate timetables to ensure compliance obligations, working closely with Managers
- Select transactions for review
- Ensure high quality service
- Monitor relevant legislation and other changes impacting compliance in Indirect Tax
About you
In order to succeed in this challenging role, it is expected that you will have:
- Good VAT knowledge, including EMEA preferred
- Previous VAT experience
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Ambition and a desire to succeed
- A good team worker
- Ability to work to deadlines and a strict timetable
12 months Part time and flexible working available. £300 PAYE day rate.
