Indirect Tax Compliance Senior Manager
Within this leading Global Indirect Tax Compliance & Services Team of a top practice firm, you will lead a portfolio of clients and be responsible for building relationships with both clients and the within wider firm. You will work on ad hoc global Indirect Tax compliance projects, wider Indirect Tax process projects, and assist clients on areas such as overseas registrations, e-filing and other interesting and challenging areas of work

The role
- Lead a team on your portfolio of clients, managing expectations and assisting with growth for the client
- Financial management of client portfolio
- Interrogate client data to leverage network expertise to assist clients
- Risk management
- Work with SMEs to expand portfolio of clients
- Manage deliverable and contractual scope to ensure delivery against compliance obligations
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the business
- Ensure high quality service delivery
- Coaching/Mentoring junior members of the team
- Monitor relevant legislation and other changes impacting compliance in Indirect Tax
About you
In order to succeed in this challenging role, it is expected that you will have:
- Good VAT technical knowledge, EMEA knowledge and experience essential
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Ambition and a desire to succeed
- A good team worker
- Ability to work to deadlines and a strict timetable
- Drive to improve process
- Enthusiasm for Indirect Tax Compliance
3 - 6 months, part time options available. Flexible working.
£650 - £750 PAYE day rate
