Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and managing inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and processing deliveries.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred but not essential.
- A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations.
