We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on a full time, temporary to permanent basis. 

Salary: £13.50 per hour

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday (flexibility required for occasional 07:00 start).

Duration: Temp to perm 

The Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for unloading containers by hand, checking delivery PO numbers and store goods in correct location of the warehouse. There will also be requirements to pick and pack goods ready for dispatch.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
• Ability to stand for long periods, perform manual handling and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain stock levels and checking deliveries.
• Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and potentially report issues.
• Organisational skills keep the warehouse and stock organised systematically.
