We are recruiting a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our established client in Daventry. This hands-on role combines production and warehouse duties, helping to ensure products are prepared safely, accurately and on time. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity to build your skills in a supportive team environment.

Production Operative

Location: Daventry
Pay: £13.13 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–4:30pm; Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm
Contract: Ongoing temporary contract, with the potential to become permanent

What you’ll be doing

• Always follow health and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Handle and inspect products carefully to ensure quality standards are met
• Carry out washing, cleaning, packing, spot welding and general production duties
• Work efficiently to production schedules and daily targets
• Use basic computer systems and keep records up to date
• Prepare finished products for dispatch
• Support stock movement and wider warehouse tasks as required
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other team members

What we’re looking for

• Previous production or warehouse experience
• A good understanding of workplace health and safety
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
• Basic computer skills
• A reliable, flexible attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
