We are currently recruiting for an Engineering and Technical Customer Service Advisor on a full time and permanent basis for our client based on the outskirts of Loughborough, Leicestershire.
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday

About the Role:
The Engineering and Technical Customer Service Advisor will provide effective engineering and technical support to distributors and end users in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and Diagnose machines issues with an aim resolve where possible over the phone or via email.
- Process warranty returns.
- Assist in attending customer sites to carry out routine service and breakdown repairs.
- Progress and chase customer escalations to resolution
- Liaise and support various departments.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
- Adhere to regulatory requirements including ISO19001
About you:
- Experienced in customer services
- A good general knowledge of engineering practices
- Practical experience and knowledge of products spares and servicing
- Practical experience of warranties.
