We are recruiting for Production Operatives with an immediate start based near Melton Mowbray.

Salary: £13 starting per hour (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Temporary with potential to becoming permanent

Hours: 8am – 4pm  

Location: Rural location near Melton Mowbray (having access to your own transport is essential due to the location on the role)

About the role:

The Production Operative will be involved in the hands-on manufacturing of panel products.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting materials to size using hand and power tools
• Gluing and assembling panel components
• Finishing and quality-checking products
• Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
• Supporting general workshop tasks as required

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a hands-on or production role
• Basic skills in cutting, assembly, or sewing are an advantage
• Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
