We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisor working Monday to Friday on a full time and permanent basis for a company based in Bromsgrove.

Role: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (30 min lunch)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Bromsgrove

This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor who is a reliable and enthusiastic and looking to work within a busy team.

Key Responsibilities

·       Daily contact with existing customers via email and telephone

·       Processing orders, returns and credits via Sage

·       Working with the Sales Team to ensure that customers are satisfied

Key Requirements

·       The ability to remain calm in a busy environment

·       Adaptability and organisational skills

·       Experience of Microsoft office

·       Good speed while providing excellent Customer Service

·       Previous customer service experience

·       Excellent telephone manner
