We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to work on a temporary to permanent basis, working for a company based in Shepshed, Leicestershire.

Pay: £15.40 per hour. 

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am until 5:30pm

When the role becomes permanent overtime would be available.

Once fully trained hybrid working available, working from home on Monday and Fridays.

Daily fruit deliveries and free hot and cool drinks.

 About the role:

• Time restricted sales of stock.
• Fast paced working environment with around 600 outbound calls per week.
• Establishing customer's requirements and passing on leads.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on leads
• Accurately updating the database at all times.
• Working with the team to understand their needs and ensure the leads are well-suited for their sales effort.

About you:

• High volume of cold and warm calling experience required.
• Confident in using CRM systems and Microsoft Teams
• Used to working in a fast-paced working environment
• Great personality and able to build rapport.
• Team player
