2nd Shift 9/80 Schedule
Pay based on experience (negotiable)
Summary: CNC Swiss Machinist is responsible for the fabrication of precision machine parts.
Responsibilities:
- Setup of tools, fixtures and materials on CNC Swiss
- Running 1st piece articles and preparing for first article inspections
- Utilization of precision measuring equipment
- Interchanging of offsets and tools based on cutting specifications
- Adjusting and monitoring feeds, speeds and other cutting based on working materials
- Revision of programs as needed based on engineering or production needs
- Troubleshooting of machinery
Required:
- Blueprint reading & GD&T
- 3 years minimum of CNC operation
- At least 1 year of Swiss experience
- Experience with Citizen A20, L20 or M32 is a plus
- Dual spindle and 5 axis milling a plus
- ESPRIT programming a plus
- Must be able to pass ITAR and BATFE background requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
