Manufacturing company is in search of a well seasoned professional Accounting Manager in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities
- Establish effective and accuracy maintenance of general ledger of AR/AP, Taxes, Assets, costs and banking.
- Regular approvals of payroll related processes
- Financial budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Participate and present in meetings with business partners to discuss financial and month end close and or forecasting cycles
- Improve budget and actual reporting packages and provide executive team with in depth analysis
- Revision of capital expenditures and contracts to ensure they are aligning with budget set forth
- Complex financial analysis
- Vendor and service negotiations
- Participate in client presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Accounting, Business management or related field
- 7+years of related experience in leadership role
- GAAP knowledge
- Proficient with pivot tables and excel
- Accounting Software
- High level of professionalism
