This role will ideally be suited for someone who has a strong audit background who can support the Financial Controller as they review their current processes and procedures across the business. This will initially be an 8-week contract to start next week.
You will have an eye for detail and an inquisitive mindset.
We require someone who can hit the ground running with the relevant experience to complete the following tasks.
- Compliance with financial reporting and ASX listing rules.
- Assist with the preparation of the financial statements.
- Ability to manage the completion of month-end, including balance sheet reconciliations and all tasks associated with month-end reporting.
- Completing technical accounting analysis of transactions
- Preparing technical accounting papers for submission to the Audit and Risk Committee.
About You
- CA/CPA Qualified (training in the Big 4/Mid-Tier firm preferred)
- 4 years' experience (minimum)
- Available for an 8-week contract
- Comfortable working remotely
- Team player
