Quality Auditor (Residential Care Homes)

Salary: GBP32000 - GBP34000 per annum + Additional Benefits
Here at Care South we are looking for a Quality Auditor to join our residential team. This role requires working at both our Head Office in Poole, as well as a number of our homes across the South of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and professional team.
The Quality Auditor is responsible for quality assurance monitoring and evaluation of registered care services under the direction of the Quality and Compliance Manager across Care South’s residential and nursing homes.
- Full time – permanent opportunity - £32,000 - £34,000 per annum
You will already have current knowledge of Compliance within the Health/Social Care sector and therefore also have a good understanding of CQC requirements and KLOE's.
As our Quality Auditor you will have experience of working in a Care Home setting as a Manager/Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead. You will have knowledge of internal and external audit systems for care homes and you will contribute to the development of formal Quality Assurance and integrated Governance systems for the organisation.
You will prepare feedback reports and requirements/recommendation action plans together with implementing new quality control procedures and processes where required. You’ll also be involved in the delivery of in-house training to staff members following areas of assessment.
This role requires you to have a driving licence and use of your own car to travel between our homes.
