Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor (Medium Sized) - Refurbishment & Fit out - Up to £300 per day
About the Client
A growing Main Contractor who specialise in delivering fit out & refurbishment projects in the leisure and commercial sectors across the North and North West. They have an excellent reputation in their field, with long standing relationships with key clients and consultants in the region. They get repeat business from their clients and aim to offer an excellent service when delivering the projects. Typical projects range in value from £100k - £3m and consist of restaurants, bars, pubs & nightclubs, and other Leisure Sector projects.
About the Role
You will join as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will take commercial ownership of a project in their head office in Greater Manchester. You will spend 4 days per week based in the office and the other day working from site if needed.You will be responsible for sub contractor procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts. You will see the project through from start to handover, working alongside an experienced site team, and reporting into the Project Director.
What you Need to Succeed
You must be educated with a degree in Quantity Surveying and have a minimum of 5yrs experience working for a medium sized fit out & refurb main contractor. You must have experience taking commercial ownership projects ranging in value from £100k - £3m.
