REQUIRED SKILLS:
- A highly motivated individual with an extensive, stable experience in gaming.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with peers, subordinates and senior management.
- Strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Organised and efficient with administrative tasks.
- Methodical and attentive to detail.
- Proactive, self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Has a passion for quality and customer service.
- Has a passion for cardroom activities.
- Capable of working independently or collectively.
- A dynamic, forward thinking approach.
- Holds a good working knowledge of Texas Hold’em Poker and /or other card games.
- A high level of personal integrity.
- A strong work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Show respect and appreciation to all.
- Encourage and contribute toward a culture that supports everyone to be the best that they can be.
DESIRED SKILLS BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
- PML/PFL Holder.
- Previous experience in a supervisory position would be an advantage but not essential.
- Previous experience of tournament and/or cash game dealing in a card room.
