 REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • A highly motivated individual with an extensive, stable experience in gaming.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with peers, subordinates and senior management.
  • Strong, positive relationships with customers.
  • Organised and efficient with administrative tasks.
  • Methodical and attentive to detail.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Has a passion for quality and customer service.
  • Has a passion for cardroom activities.
  • Capable of working independently or collectively.
  • A dynamic, forward thinking approach.
  • Holds a good working knowledge of Texas Hold’em Poker and /or other card games.
  • A high level of personal integrity.
  • A strong work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Show respect and appreciation to all.
  • Encourage and contribute toward a culture that supports everyone to be the best that they can be.

DESIRED SKILLS BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

  • PML/PFL Holder.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory position would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Previous experience of tournament and/or cash game dealing in a card room.
