We are currently recruiting for an amazing client, who is looking for an Executive Account Manager in their London office. This exciting opportunity will see you maintaining and developing existing accounts. The company, whose AI platform enables brands to deliver the best and latest content in real time, works with universal brands predominately in Retail, Telecoms & Insurance such as Office Depot & Telefonica.

Your Role
As their Executive Account Manager, you will be handling and developing a book of business circa £200K - £300K, perfect for a motivated self-starter looking to build a thriving career in the SaaS/AI market. A ‘customer first’ mentality is mandatory, where there is a desire to maintain and exceed their clients expectations. You will be expected to cross sell and up sell within their focused sectors, and to develop clients in a start-up environment.

Key requirements
• 2-3 years’ experience in commercially focused Account Management role
• Experience in SaaS ideally MarTech
• Great interpersonal, intercultural communication skills
• A desire to work in a start-up
• Both commercially + Client satisfaction driven
• Can demonstrate history of exceeding targets
