Head of paid advertising, Bristol, Hybrid 2 days in office, up to 45k DOE – PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, Optimiser
An award-winning digital marketing agency in the heart of Bristol is looking for a Head of Paid Advertising. This role would be great for a talented digital marketing manager that is ready to take on their next challenge and head up their own department.

The Role:
Hands on, leading from the front you will shape the way the department grows and unfolds around you. You will have experience with PPC tools and technologies that you will be able to demonstrate in a leadership position. You will manage client accounts and strategy in a client facing role. Time management is crucial to delivery of your objectives, so an organised approach is important. You will manage a growing team of digital marketers.
There is very little in the way of sales relating to this role. That will be done by another team member. You will however create some proposals (approx. 5%) and approx. 1% of client facing sales.
The person:
You will be passionate about driving performance for your clients through effective marketing strategies. You will be the type of person that takes a genuine and ongoing interest in the tools and technologies available, ensuring you stay informed of market changes. You will be hands on, able to demonstrate the skills your team around you will be using and support their growth and development.
Experience:
Improving paid media for your accounts
PPC and SEO tools such as Google Data Studio, Tag Manager, Optimiser, Microsoft, Google Analytics.
Leadership/Mentorship skills and experience
Agency environment / Volume accounts is advantageous
