Estimator/Client Engagement (Construction Product Testing Services) - Liverpool, Merseyside
A new vacancy for an Estimator with leading provider of specialist product testing services to manufacturers in UK & international Construction markets. As a key member of its Client Engagement team, the Estimator will be involved in a wide range of internal and external estimating projects in fast-paced technical services environment. The role will report in to the company's new offices in Liverpool City Centre, but with the option of working from home 2 days per week. The company also offers FLEXITIME.

You must also be able to work independently, or as part of a team, and be confident to suggest improvements to work more efficiently.
Essential responsibilities:
- Ascertain client and project scope and requirements, so that accurate costings can be prepared, interrogate Clients' needs, capture requirements and ensure estimates proposed back to Clients are accurate
- Application of margins to an agreed sign-off process
- Help Contracts Manager to improve accuracy of company's catalogue of standard prices
- Manage the implementation of new services to achieve planned service implementation
Desired skills & technical expertise:
- Experience of implementing client engagement Estimating
- Knowledge of Contracts, pricing and test costs
- Knowledge of project management techniques and processes
