A rapidly growing global fintech is seeking an experienced Information Security Compliance and Awareness Specialist to drive IT governance and security awareness initiatives. About the Role

• Support and lead internal and external IT security audits, manage evidence gathering, and track remediation activities
• Conduct supplier due diligence and periodic re-assessments based on third-party risk levels
• A big part will be delivering engaging security awareness campaigns, phishing simulations, and training programs
• Assist in the implementation and rollout of IT security policies, standards, and procedures
• Partner with IT, compliance, and business teams to embed a strong security mindset
• Maintain documentation, risk registers, and reporting tools for clear visibility and accountability

About You

• Strong practical experience in IT security compliance, governance, or audit support
• Solid understanding of ISO 27001 and PCI DSS; familiarity with SOC 2, DORA, or CSA CCM is a plus
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record in audit preparation, policy deployment, or awareness initiatives
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
