About the Role

• Build and maintain a scalable IT Risk Management framework aligned to leading global standards (ISO 31000, ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, PCI DSS)
• Track and resolve audit issues to strengthen internal controls and risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct security risk assessments across IT systems and business processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure readiness for internal and external audits
• Contribute to the development and refinement of IT security policies and governance
• Work closely with stakeholders in IT, Risk, and Compliance to embed a risk-aware culture

About You

• Strong background in IT security risk management or a related discipline
• Be able to look at specific cases and its application in the business
• Strong grasp of industry-standard risk frameworks and regulatory expectations
• Able to effectively translate risk concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-focused with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Collaborative mindset and experience working across multidisciplinary teams
• Practical and pragmatic work experience, ideally in-house in a complex environment
