The Role:
We are currently looking for a leading individual to head our team of 10 welder/fabricators. Operating in a fast-paced environment, customer orders are manufactured incoherence with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and ensuring all quality ad health and safety protocols are followed by yourself and the team. Team meetings and briefings will also be conducted by the successful candidate. The successful candidate must have the experience within sheet metal, hosting the ability to weld and fabricate thin gauge mild steel to a high standard.

The Candidate:
- Proficient in sheet metal cutting (mild steel) from using welders, press brake, folders to grinding, MIG Welding. 3 Years welding and fabricating experience required.
- Ability to interpret technical and engineering drawings.
- Ability to demonstrate clear and specific verbal and written instructions.
- Experience of leading small teams required.
- Strong communication and team building skills with a motivating nature.
- Ability to manage conflicting issues and make sound and logical decisions.
- People focused attitude to motivate team to ensure targets are achieved.
