A top professional services firm is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their technology team on a 6-month fixed term contract. Supporting a diverse user base, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support, resolving technical issues, and improving the end-user experience. About the role
- Provide Level 1-2 IT support across hardware, software, applications and end-user devices
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, access and performance issues in a timely manner
- Manage incidents, service requests and escalations through the service desk platform
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including user accounts, equipment and access
- Contribute to process improvement, documentation and knowledge sharing within the IT team
About you
- Proven experience in an IT Support Analyst or Service Desk role within a corporate environment
- Strong troubleshooting capability, particularly across networking and end-user technologies
- Driven, proactive and motivated to make a meaningful impact in your role
- Excellent customer service focus with clear, confident communication skills
- Comfortable working as part of a growing, fast-paced and collaborative team
