We are now actively recruiting for Lab Clean Room Technicians to work in a clean room environment for our client that is based on the outskirts of Scarborough, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who is continuously growing and therefore looking to expand their team. This will be a permanent position with a salary in the region of £17,000 - £19,000 and you would be required to work 5 days a week totalling 37.5hrs.
The Lab Clean Room Technician plays a very important role within the company as they produce the final product to be supplied to the market. Readings, observations and the following of approved procedures play an important role in the company’s quality output, you would often be required to work independently and would need a methodical approach to your work.
Role:
- Manuel assembly of medical diagnostic devices
- Use of correct PPE
- Completing of internal records
- Adhering to all quality procedures
- Support with distribution of the finished product
- Following basic instructions set by your manager
- Other functions in support of manufacturing, quality and distribution
- Work as part of a small existing team
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Able to follow written or verbal instruction
- Good manual dexterity, ability to assist in product distribution
- Education Qualifications GCSE C or above in Maths, English & Science or equivalent, A Levels in preferably a Science based subject or equivalent
Benefits - The successful candidate will be earning a salary in the region of £17,000 -£19,000 per annum and will be required to work Monday – Friday 9am till 5pm with 30mins unpaid lunch break. Due to the location of the business you will require the use of your own transport, but there is ample onsite parking.
