We are actively recruiting for a client based in the Malton area of North Yorkshire that have genuine temporary – permanent positions available starting at £8.72 per hour and then progressing to £9.50 per hour. You will need experience within production preferably within food and have a genuine passion for food and catering. Shifts available are 6am-2pm and 9am-5pm working Monday -Friday with paid 30 minute breaks, so you will be completing 40hrs paid work per week. Ideally you will be based in the Malton area and the site is accessible by foot or have access to transport and comfortable driving through to Malton.
Role:
- To assist in the production and Assembly of food products ready to distribute to independent sellers
- Maintain high levels of food safety and cleanliness
- Assist in the production of hampers for delivery
- Be prepared to use your hands to produce the product
- Working as part of a small team
Requirements:
- Previous production experience preferably in food
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Experience in lone working as well as part of a team
- Good levels of mobility, dexterity & physical fitness
Benefits – As a part of the production team you will benefit for 30 minutes paid breaks per day time shift patterns finishing no later than 5pm and no weekends. Increased pay rate after initial 12 weeks to £9.50 per hour.
