System Engineer ECS – Air Condition (BBBH13618) Zürich, Switzerland
My client is currently developing a new-generation single-turbine helicopter, delivering high performance and offering the largest cabin in its class.
It is looking for:
Role: System Engineer ECS - Air Condition
Pay: To be defined on the basis of experience
Location: Zurich - Switzerland
Contract: Contractor, 6 months
Main Responsibilities
The main mission for the candidate is to be the focal point for the Air Condition subsystem development, with close support from the ECS Lead Engineer.
o System development
o Supplier liaison
o Specification updates
o System analysis with Amesim
o Conduct and attend design reviews
o Plan and conduct tests at equipment (supplier), system and rotorcraft level
o Close interaction with relevant stakeholders (Design, structures, safety, airworthiness, flight test, etc.)
o Author and check prototype flight clearance documentation and certification documentation
o Potential support to other mechanical systems (ECS heating and ventilation, fuel, engine, rotor brake, wipers, etc.) if needed, depending on profile
Qualifications
- University degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5, better 10 years’ experience in Air Condition / VCS specialist on either CS23, CS25, CS27 or CS29 aircraft. Ideally with ECS experience on rotorcraft
