Core Talent is currently recruiting a Qualified Carpenter for a family owned business that specialise in Commercial, Industrial and Residential Refurbishments, Fit-out, Maintenance and New Builds. Our client has been operating for over 25 years and has a very strong reputation in the Market. Our Client predominantly services commercial jobs and is a preferred supplier amongst government based projects.
This position would suit a carpenter tradesman who would be willing to work in a diversified field from new construction to maintenance work. The person should be willing to work with apprentices, whilst also having a desire to learn new techniques and procedures the industry has to offer.
To be suitable for this role you will need the following
- Proven experience within the Australian Market and be willing to work extended hours.
- Valid White Card
- Commercial or Residential Experience
- License and Own Vehicle
- 5+ Years experience in Carpentry
- Own Tools
- Double Vaccinated
- Successfully complete a police check
Package
- 35-40p/hr (Dependent on experience) + Overtime Penalties + Super
- Fuel Cards can be negotiated
You MUST
- Hold a white card
- Private Transport
- Hold at least a Cert III in carpentry
- Have full carpentry tools
- Have a great attitude and be eager to learn
- Have at least 3+ years relevant experience
- Provide 2 construction related referee's
- MUST be willing to travel within Brisbane
- Have your own full PPE
- Hold full working rights and be willing to work 40+ hours a week
