Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience

8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

The Construction Lead is responsible for managing the onshore construction activities for Offshore Pipelines & Cables Project ensuring project objectives

Experience with Oil and Gas Companies, Contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companiesBroad knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.

Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to a project scope.  Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Projects, Subsurface, etc.

Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds.

Worldwide experience with contractors in particular those involved in the construction of Offshore LNG production facilities.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
