A rapidly growing business who have seen massive growth over the past 18 months are seeking 2 highly driven and outgoing customer service officers to join the team.
You daily duties will entail:
- Outbound/Inbound customer service calls
- Liaising with internal departments
- Setting up and activating customer plans
- Managing an inquiry mailbox
To be considered for this outstanding career opportunity you will have:
- Very strong customer service experience
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to show empathy over the phone
- A great team ethic
- Bubbly personality
- Desirable - knowledge around NDIS
