Senior HRIS Analyst ( SAP Success Factor) (JN -092018-1457) Singapore

Our client is a Japanese manufacturing firm and have several office around the globe. They are looking for a HRIS specialist who have experienced in leading a HRIS implementation project in SAP Successfactor. The candidate will also serves as a HRIS administrator and work with the the global HRIS lead on  updating of code tables, benefit plans, attendance plans, Organization codes, and System Security. This existing opportunity will have travel opportunity
 
The Talent
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree minimum of 5 years of HRIS specialist experience with successful Systems implementation experience & track record in Success Factors, Employee Central

  • Must have knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System), payroll systems and interface experience.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementations

  •  Demonstrated ability to understand HR function, processes, and strategies linked to business goals.

  • Strong analytical problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of computer operations and computer systems analysis, with the ability to solve problems related to computer system software and operations.

  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions

The Job

  • Co-Lead HRIS  projects and provide project oversight from blueprinting, setting up and design through implementation.
  • Performs administrative tasks such as entering time, updating work requests, updating application knowledge base creating and maintaining end user documentation, providing status reports
  • Co-led the implementation which includes alterations to existing configuration/reports to gather and report data
  • Act as HRIS Administrator, assist in any troubling shooting and updating of code tables, benefit plans, attendance plans, Organization codes, and System Security, as required by Global HRIS Project Lead
  • Analyze results, creating valuable business analytics and impactful metrics.
  • Defines testing approach to system upgrades and Coordinate with Global HRIS Project Lead Global HR
  • Work with the Global HRIS Lead and Creates test scenarios and assists project team members in performing tests and SuccessFactors
