About the role We are recruiting an experienced Industrial Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across an industrial site, working to health & safety and COSHH requirements.

Hours: Monday–Thursday 06:00–16:00, Friday 06:00–14:00

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Location: Dukinfield

Start: Immediate / ASAP

Key duties

• Deep cleaning of production and storage areas, toilets, canteens and welfare facilities
• Use of industrial cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, pressure washers, steam cleaners) and manual cleaning tools
• Safe handling and correct dilution/use of cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH
• Collecting and disposing of waste and recyclables
• Reporting maintenance issues, spillages and hazards; following site safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Occasional heavy lifting and manual handling (training provided)
• Working flexibly to meet operational needs and to support shutdowns/turnarounds when required

Essential requirements

• Proven experience in industrial/commercial cleaning (CV must show relevant experience)
• Comfortable operating industrial cleaning machinery and working with cleaning chemicals
• Good understanding of health & safety practices (COSHH, PPE); willingness to follow site rules
• Right to work in the UK
