We’re seeking reliable Production Operatives for a busy plastics manufacturer in Wythenshawe. This is a shift-based production role on a rotating day/night pattern — you must be available to work both.

Job title: Production Operative

Location: Wythenshawe

Hours: Rotating 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00)

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Sector: Plastic manufacturing

Key duties

• Operate/monitor production lines, perform basic set‑ups and changeovers
• Carry out quality checks, record production data and pack finished goods
• Maintain housekeeping, follow H&S/PPE rules and complete shift handovers
• Report faults, non‑conformances and safety incidents

Essential

• Previous production/manufacturing experience (plastics desirable)
• Available for day/night rota and physically able to lift/stand
• Right to work in the UK
