About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Program Director to join a large, well-known Australian organisation currently undergoing significant enterprise transformation. This is a senior contract role sitting across a portfolio of complex, multi-workstream programs, reporting into an established Enterprise Delivery function.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing senior delivery leadership across multiple concurrent enterprise transformation programs
• Owning program governance, budget management, benefits realisation and reporting
• Managing complex stakeholder environments across business units, technology, and senior leadership
• Overseeing multiple vendors and third-party delivery partners
• Identifying and managing cross-program dependencies, risks and issues
• Asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and calling things out when needed
• Contributing to the uplift of delivery maturity across the broader portfolio

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs — multi-workstream, multi-year, high complexity
• Experience managing across multiple programs and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong vendor and third-party management experience
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging at C-suite and executive level
• Ability to operate effectively in environments that are still maturing their delivery frameworks and ways of working
• Someone who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery discipline
• High degree of commercial acumen and budget management experience
