Our client, a market leader in the Waste Management industry currently require recycling operative to join their successful business on a temporary on-going basis with permanent opportunities available for the right candidates.
Duties will include-
- Working on a sorting line (waste & recycling) sorting recyclables on a conveyor belt
- General cleaning
- Maintaining health and safety always
The role is a recycling operative role and the ideal candidate will be physically fit and be courteous and helpful at all times. Experience of the waste management industry is desirable but not essential.
The role is based Hemsworth and would be commutable from Barnsley, Carcroft and Darfield, our client is situated close to public transportation links, parking facilities are available for staff, a canteen facility is available for all staff use.
Hours of Work are Monday - Friday 12 hours (starts between 7am and 8am)
Rate of pay : £8.72 (uplift to 9.06 after 5 weeks) and is weekly pay
Overtime Available, opportunities for training and permanent positions available for right candidate.
