Our client, a market leader in the building and construction industry currently require LGV C+E Tanker Drivers to join their successful business on a temporary on-going basis with permanent opportunities available for the right candidates.
Candidates should possess the following-
- LGV C+E Licence
- CPC
- DIGI Car
- Tanker/ADR experience is essential
- Good driving record – no more than 6 points on licence
- Good communication skills
The role is a driver role and due to the nature of the companies business, you would be required to drive a tanker, delivering moslty tarmac and cement. Preivous experience of tanker driving is essential, you will need to have driven this type of vehicle before and be comfortable driving them. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of a nationally established company with great career prospects within a vastly growing industry.
The role is based in Dunbar, East Lothian, Scotland, and would be commutable from most surrounding areas, our client is situated close to public transportation links, parking facilities are available for staff, a canteen facility is available for all staff use.
Hours of Work are 5am OR 6am to finish (usually 10/11 hrs a day)
Rates of Pay: £13.10ph PAYE, £15ph LTD for 2 weeks training, then paying £129.47 PAYE, £148.39 LTD per day once training is completed
Overtime Available, opportunities for training and permanent positions available for right candidate.
