Our client, an extremely impactful nonprofit organization, is actively seeking a number of remote bilingual customer service representatives to join their client services team! The ideal candidate is a personable and dependable customer service professional who is eager to make a difference in the community.

About You:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Creole and English
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to handle sensitive customer conversations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High energy with the proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

 About the Job:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls for customers and clients
  • Help to answer questions, troubleshoot issues and solve problems
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for customers
  • Document various conversations and action items

We are looking to hire a number of remote customer service professionals! These are contracted positions, set to last until September, and paying $14/hour.
