 Bilingual Contract Remote Customer Service Professionals!
Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey
Our client, an extremely impactful nonprofit organization, is actively seeking a number of remote bilingual customer service representatives to join their client services team! The ideal candidate is a personable and dependable customer service professional who is eager to make a difference in the community.
About You:
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
- Bilingual in Spanish or Creole and English
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to handle sensitive customer conversations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High energy with the proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
About the Job:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls for customers and clients
- Help to answer questions, troubleshoot issues and solve problems
- Serve as a subject matter expert for customers
- Document various conversations and action items
We are looking to hire a number of remote customer service professionals! These are contracted positions, set to last until September, and paying $14/hour.
