Customer Success Manager. AI Content SaaS. London. £45-60K

Salary:  GBP45000 - GBP60000 per annum + 15-20K OTE + STOCK

A rapidly expanding start-up in the AI Content and Customer Journey Optimization space are looking for their first Customer Success Manager to join their team in London. The company matches your best content with each customer on their digital journey, in real time. They make all of your marketing and social content truly dynamic, to ensure the right content gets to the right customers, at the right time. With offices in 3 continents, and established clients such as O2 and AxA, they are well set to continue their rapid growth in the market.

As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing the existing relationships of some of their largest accounts. Looking after 6-8 strategic accounts initially, you will be targeted on both renewals and up-sell opportunities, with a combined target of £600K across the first year. You will utilise your background in Martech SaaS to good use, and whilst you are based in London, you will be managing clients with a presence across EMEA. This is as great opportunity for someone who is passionate about fast growing start-ups and will want the opportunity to lead a team in a few years’ time.

Key requirements:
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Account Management
• Ideally experience selling MarTech related SaaS at Enterprise level
• Experience working with both Brands and Partners
• Experience carrying your own target would be appealing, someone that is commercially astute would be preferred
• Experience pitching at C-Level
• Passionate about start-ups/experience working in start-ups is preferred
