Automated Intelligence SaaS – Account Executive

As business ideology continues to rely on automation, individuals are losing increasingly more personalisation in the way we work, shop and communicate. We have recently partnered with a client who has set out to achieve business autonomy, whilst ensuring customers engage on an increasingly more personal level with brands. Our client has developed an Automated Intelligence SaaS solution that integrates with Chatbots/Live Chats to teach customer FAQs.

As an Account Executive you will play a key role in winning new business, fulfilling the full-360 sales cycle. Whilst a number of leads will be passed to you, having the mind-set to generate your own pipeline, and then negotiate and close the deals, will be important. You will be working towards an initial first year target of circa £600K, with deals typically ranging from £25-60K.

Key requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience with high growth Software as Service (SaaS) solutions
• Experience with AI, Chat and/or CRM technology is a plus
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Strong digital, technical, and analytical skills
• Self-starter and result-driven approach
• A desire to work in a start-up style environment
