Sales Development Rep

Location:  London, England
Salary:  GBP35000 - GBP50000 per annum + 20K OTE

The Company:
Our client is a prominent provider of Workforce Management and Employee Engagement SaaS solutions that has a well-established client base in the US. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to add the next layer of sales people to the EMEA team, including their 4th SDR in London! They offer a highly desirable SaaS solution that provides managers and team leaders with tools to instantly reach employees on multiple devices.

The Role:
As an Enterprise Sales Development Rep, you will targeting a very specific set of companies, all within the Enterprise space, and that will likely have a global foot print. You will approach C-Suite within HR, IT, and Communications teams to generate initial interest, before passing the opportunities to the Sales Director. You will be tenacious in your approach, utilising a range of tools and high activity rates to ensure the early stage of the pipeline is as large as possible. If you are a self-motivating, highly ambitious candidate and able to work remotely, then this is the role for you!

Key Requirements:
• 1+ years’ experience in Sales Development Role
• SaaS and Technology experience desirable
• New Business focused mentality
• Being comfortable working as part of a small team, and being self-sufficient, is crucial
• Proven success against targets
• Experience pitching at C-suite is key, if it is into HR, IT, or Communications, then even better
• Fluency in a second language, such as Dutch, French, German, or Swedish would be superb!
