Shift Details:

• Mon–Fri: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00
• Day/Night Pay Rates: £12.71–£13.98/hour (Overtime: £13.71–£14.98/hour)
• 3 on, 1 off (12-hour shifts):
• Pay Rates: £13.25–£14.56/hour (Overtime: £14.25–£15.56/hour)

What You’ll Do:

Join the team as a Production Operative and be part of the entire manufacturing process, including:

• Operating machinery and working on/off production lines.
• Processing, packing, and palletising food products such as baked goods and cakes.
• Maintaining cleanliness standards and adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
• Collaborating with a large team to meet daily production goals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Hard skills: Experience in food production, manufacturing, processing, or FMCG environments, and familiarity with roles such as operator, packer, line leader, or machine operator.
• Soft skills: Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, adaptability to fast-paced environments, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role is required.
