The role
An education software company based in the Shropshire area are looking for a Automation Test Analyst (C#, Selenium, API Testing) to join their testing team of 4 and take over the automation testing, developing new scripts, updating current scripts and mentoring more junior members of the team. You must have experience with Automation Testing using Selenium with C# or F#. As the Automation Test Analyst (C#, Selenium, API Testing) you will work closely with the developers to plan, develop and execute both manual and automation testing. The company currently use Jmeter for their Load / performance testing but are open to different tools; you will have a lot of creative freedom and influence in the process.
As the Automation Tester (C#, Selenium, API Testing) you must be confortable mentoring other testers in automation testing with new ideas and themes. The current environment is a mixture of manual and automation testing so experience with both of these would be beneficial.
Role Requirements
- Automation Testing - Selenium
- C# or F# experience
- API testing - Postman / SoapUI
- Database - SQL / MongoDB
