Production - Team Leaders

Location:  Glasgow, Scotland
Salary:  GBP9.5 - GBP9.5 per hour + Weekly Pay - OT available


Escape Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader for our clients site based in the Hillington Area.

This is a Monday to Friday dayshift role, 8am to 5pm. Weekly pay. 

**The ideal candidate for this role will come from a drinks or production / warehousing environment**

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading & driving a team of between 1 - 15 Production Operatives.
  • Ensuring Production Operatives adhere to all H&S requirements required for a working in a warehouse environment.
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and in a Timely manner
  • To ensure all customers orders are dispatched correctly and on time.

Key Capabilities:-

  • Knowledge of HMRC documentation within a FMCG industry
  • QA experience within a FMCG environment
  • Ability to drive and develop your team
  • Provide a quality service to the client.
