Quality Manager

Location:       Lancashire

Salary:             £65,000 per annum

GI Pro are recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Quality Manager for our engineering firm  based in Lancashire.

You will lead your own team of QC Technicians and have the opportunity to really progress within the company.

 The role will involve quality control, ensuring compliance standards are being met internally and externally. 

The role:

·      Oversee QC and QA Operations including sample testing , statistical monitoring product release and compliance with ISO 9001 .

·      Be the face and leader for all food safety matters for quality and food safety

·      Carrying out self-inspection of work to ensure quality standards are met.

·      Manage customer interactions including and drive continuous growth.

·      Identifying and addressing any gaps in processes , products or standards that could have an impact in your department.

·      Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Person Specification:

·      Experience in leading QA and QC  and be a strong leader

·      Highly Experienced in leading audits (external and internal)

·      Effective communicator

·      Extensive background in Quality Management

·      Effective under Pressure in performance driven settings
